To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. TYI does not assume responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time. Please go over before placing an order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
TYI accepts returns or exchanges, however only items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer are refundable. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 20 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 20 days from the receipt of the original order.
